1. Controller and contact
The service is provided by About Limo Group E.E., G.E.MI. registration 157591309000, based at 1st km Koropi–Airport Avenue, Koropi 19400, Athens, Greece. For personal-data matters, contact info@aboutlimogroup.com.
2. Data we process
The enquiry form asks for your name and email, with optional phone and message. The enquiry is stored in the system with your IP address and may be emailed to our team.
In the B2B Portal, we process company details, contact person, email, phone, country, VAT number, notes, VIES verification details and account status. Passwords are stored using hashing. Do not include sensitive or unrelated personal data in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use details to assess enquiries, communicate with you, manage partnerships and B2B access, and protect the service. Depending on the situation, the basis is pre-contractual steps, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in business communication and security.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Your language preference does not change the purposes of processing.
4. Providers and external services
Authorised personnel and technical hosting or email providers may access the information needed for their role. VAT checks use VIES.
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against abuse. It loads when you choose to load verification and may process technical information about your connection and device. Google’s own privacy information also applies. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate GDPR mechanism.
5. Retention and security
Retention depends on reviewing the enquiry, the commercial or contractual relationship, account support, and legal obligations or the protection of legal claims. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to your information.
HTTPS, access controls and session protection are used. Protect your login details and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where it is the basis. Send your request to info@aboutlimogroup.com.
We normally respond within one month and notify you of any lawful extension. You may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr or the competent supervisory authority.
