Basic terms for the website, enquiries and B2B Portal.
1. The service
About Limo Group E.E. presents vehicle-sourcing and import-coordination services. The website provides information and contact options. Your individual proposal and agreement govern the actual collaboration.
2. Enquiries, images and availability
Submitting a form is not a purchase or transaction approval. The photo collection is an archive, not an offer of current stock. Availability and vehicle details are confirmed with our team.
B2B catalogue prices exclude transport, customs clearance, customs-agent fees, technical inspection, road-tax sticker and registration plates. Full costs and procedures are set out in the agreement for the specific vehicle.
3. B2B accounts
The company reviews applications. VIES VAT verification does not by itself approve an account. Prices are available only to approved, signed-in partners.
Provide accurate details, protect your password and use access only for lawful purposes. Bypassing restrictions or attempting unauthorised access is prohibited.
4. Content and external services
Content, branding and software are protected by their respective rights holders. References to vehicle manufacturers do not by themselves indicate an authorised dealership.
Links to car.gr, Google or other services are also subject to their providers’ terms. Network conditions, maintenance and external services may affect availability.
5. Responsibility and updates
Website information does not replace technical assessment or a written purchase agreement. Responsibilities and liability are governed by the agreement and applicable law. Rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded are not excluded.
These terms may be updated. A website change does not by itself amend a signed agreement.
